Freezer Storage: Want to save some for later? Simply place your maple candy in an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 6 months to help preserve its freshness.
Natural Hardening: As maple candy ages, it naturally becomes harder and crunchier. This doesn't necessarily mean it has gone bad!
